2009 Aprilia RSV4 will be in Australia soon. The Australian importer of Aprilia motorcycles, John Sample Automotive (JSA) today announced that the new Aprilia RSV4 Factory
Superbike is expected to land in Australia around July 2009 and will sell for a RRP of $AUD31,198 plus ORC. The Aprilia
RSV4 Superbike, which is the race version of the RSV4 Factory has proved more than competitive in the opening rounds of the
World Superbike Championship with front row qualifying positions,as well as a top speed of over 317kph in Qatar to go with
its podium finishes in both races. Eligible customers will be given, at no cost with their new RSV4 Factory superbike,

Jorge Lorenzo spicing up his training. Spanish MotoGP rider Jorge Lorenzo’s training program has undergone changes ahead of the 2009 season, with more emphasis
placed enjoyment. This was obvious at the Barcelona karting track where last Thursday Lorenzo competed in a friendly series
of laps against some friends. Jorge Lorenzo was beaten to victory by rider Ricardo Cardus, although he did record
the quickest lap of the circuit. His crew chief Ramon Forcada, and personal trainer Marcos Hirsch also joined the occasion.

Last MotoGP test before the season begins With the 2009 Motogp season around the corner riders will have one final hitout at next week's testing at Jerez. Most
of the riders and expected title contenders will be in attendance including Valentino Rossi. The @009 World Champion from
Fiat Yamaha rider appears to be in good touch consistetnly registering as one of the fastest riders over the course of preseason,
wehere some of his rivals seem to be battling for fitness. Riders on factory bikes like Ducati’s Nicky
Hayden, Suzuki’s Loris Capirossi & Chris Vermeulen and Yamaha’s Jorge Lorenzo have all featured
in testing. The annual 45-minute ‘qualifying’ shootout, for the BMW M Award will take place from Sunday,
The rider with the quickest time will be awarded a brand new BMW sports car as a prize for being the fastest. Previous
winners of the prize include Valentino Rossi, Casey Stoner and Sete Gibernau.

New Valentino Rossi Replica Italian Helmet manufacturing giants AGV have recently announced that they will release the Valentino Rossi replica helmet
christened the ‘Celebr-8’, This is the helmet used by Valentino Rossi to celebrate his eighth MotoGP World Championship
win at Motegi last year. This replica helmet is a limited edition GP-Tech series, which is actually produced with Rossi's
input and regarded as AGV’s most advanced product.
Every detail used by Valentino Rossi will be present
on the replica, including his famous 46 logo, the number eight and the symbols of the sun and moon, in addition to the chequered
flag.

Rizla and Suzuki still strong Rizla has been the main sponsor of the Suzuki Grand Prix MotoGP race team for the last three years and now with a further
one-year extension that will see Suzuki MotoGP stars Chris Vermeulen and Loris Capirossi race the distinctive ‘Rizla
blue' Suzuki GSV-Rs during this 2009 season. This is further great news for Suzuki, following on from successful
tests in 2009 at the Sepang circuit and recently in Qatar. Chris Vermeulen and Loris Capirossi have both had equally impressive
tests as they were consistently inside the top six riders at both circuits and have shown vast improvements at the two circuits
compared to last year's performances. Riders have benefited from developments to this year's Suzuki GSV-R, including
changes to engine, chassis, suspension and aerodynamics. The Rizla Suzuki team will next be in action at Jerez in
Spain at the end of March for the Official MotoGP test. The 2009 MotoGP season will kick off in Losail on Sunday 12th
April in a night race.

Dani Pedrosa on the comeback trail Spain's Dani Pedrosa is recovering following two surgical procedures that have been the talk of the MotoGP world over
the past week, and the Spaniard’s progression appears to be moving along well. After a medical examination on
Wednesday suggested that the healing process was coming along smoothly, with the skin graft attached to his knee completely
attached and adapted. Doctors also confirmed that the cast in place on Dani Pedrosa’s previously fractured wrist could
be removed. Dani Pedrosa is scheduled to give a video press conference and pose with his new Honda RC212V whilst
his new teammate Andrea Dovizioso takes charge of the physical side of the event. Dani Pedrosa will also miss the
final test of the 2009 preseason in Jerez.

The 2009 Honda CBR600RR has arrived The 2009 Honda CBR600RR has arrived and its looks amazing Honda has made improvements to the cylinder head, muffler
and piston, in an effort to increase the torque delivery in the range of revs between 8000-12000 rpm. This vital added "mid-range"

Valentino Rossi still confident for 2009 season Even after a storming lap from title rival Casey Stoner and his own aborted race simulation didn't leave Valentino Rossi
concerned in Qatar, Rossi was in good spirits after finishing third on the third night of testing in the Arab emirate for
the MotoGP season.
Valentino Rossi clocked the quickest time of 1’56.972 from 75 laps, which was over
a second down on Stoner’s fastest lap and two-tenths of a second slower than teammate Jorge Lorenzo. Valentino
Rossi's attempt at improving his race pace were ended by the troublesome conditions experienced over the three days, Valentino
Rossi is now switching his focus to other aspects of the Yamaha M1 before the season opener.
